Call for Workshop Papers
The deployment of IoT devices has created a body of new application domains, such as, ambient intelligence, industrial control and monitoring systems, assistive living, smart meterology, intelligent surveillance, cyber physical system, high performance IoT network, and so forth. In these applications, massive data are collected from multiple sensors and other sources. In order to get information of interest, smart data processing techniques have to be proposed to process and integrate the huge amount of data. To this end, we propose a workshop “Smart Data Processing in an IoT Environment” along with the EAI QSHINE 2020 conference.
This workshop is intended to present high quality, original research articles, or review articles focused on advances of smart data processing approaches applied to diverse IoT environments.
Smart data processing approaches include, but are not limited to:
- Machine learning
- Deep learning
- Image processing
- Knowledge representation and reasoning
IoT environment applications include, but are not limited to:
- Healthcare applications
- Video surveillance
- Smart Meterology
- Assistive living
- Industrial control and monitoring systems
- Wearable devices
- Mobile applications
- Cyber physical system
- High performance IoT network
Authors of selected best accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version to:
- Mobile Networks and Applications (MONET) Journal (IF: 2.602)
